I'm running 6.1.1 but it's still the error from my message a few months ago appearing in the log. Is this file correct? The error points to something on line 17. Thank you

We will be moving over to BC in 9 months... - unfortunatey we have to as I don't like any other cart.

ISC is getting behind and I'm getting BC to iron out the remaining bugs WELL in advance!

Why can't people have some pride and write their name CORRECTLY upon creating an account or on checkout! i.e write John Smith instead of john smith. Ditto for their address.

Please ignore the post. I see it is linked into an update you provided (but my support has run out - will renew it when some features come in!). I added a flat rate free collection shipping option which was the issue!

As of 12th April morning, my UK feed has not been exporting the <g:shipping> tag containing the country, service and price for some reason. I have got an older version of the file but I don't think this is related. Does anyone have any ideas on this please as my US file is exporting these values ...

Sorry to bother you as I know you are busy but I am just wondering if you've had a chance to look into the above error message and know the quick fix as I've found the XML sitemap does not generate and all seems to come down to this one error from the store log.

Hi Martin,

Just a quick note to say we have put the new Royal Mail code on the site and it works 100%, resolving both the issues of 2 X, 3 X for us and most importantly, shows only couriers now for an item under 2KG and an item over 2KG.
