Just remove productbreadcrumbs panel from product page, or do not use same product on so much categories.

May I get link to your sitemap so I can see. I did not experience those problems.
Maybe you did something wrong, so upload somewhere init.php and lib/general.php so I can check is everything ok.

Painstik you are a master ;) I was looking exactly for this, thank you! I'm using 5.0.5 when I look for "categories" or "products" in the file ini.php I don't find them, what's wrong? Thank you You need to find init.php from root of your web shop, not the one from folder lib/ini...

Background for header is in css file (for default template in blue.css).

i don't know, type one by one cirillyc letter on some product, and in address bar copy that letter code, or use google

No, normal c is not converting in to %C4%8D (as the descritpion said "Convert an already search engine friendly based string back to the normal text equivalent.")
