Change Default Status when Manual CrditCard

Hey Guys,
Just wondering if anyone here knows how to change the default status set when a customer enters their card details for manual processing.
Currently it is Awaiting Payment, which is very confusing for the customer.
Want to make it Awaiting Fulfillment. Pretty sure i change it on a previous version but the hack on interspire forum is not working now.
