ADD ON REQUIRED: shopping.com feed

I require an addon to ISC that automatically generates a comparison engine feed compatible with shopping.com
The feed must be able to generate the result dynamically on demand and should be coded as an easy to install addon to ISC.
I will pay for its developement should someone suitibly qualified be able to tackle the job.
