Popup Windows Option

Hi,
I am just trying to use the Popup option for links inside the page, but not successful. Have any one tried the options like this website http://www.motorcycle-superstore.com/1/ ... -Suit.aspx as when you click on side panel rate this product it will show a light box with form inside.
Even for the link to send to friend or shipping information. So, have anyone tried similar to that which can help me to sort out this matter.
