Ok folks, as some of you will have guessed the change of name was something to do with Interspire's recent push to improve their marketing position. Sadly this included pulling the "trademark" card on the domain used for this site.

So, without fanfair or messing about, we're moving to:

http://www.shoppingcartcommunity.com


It's going to take 24 hours for the domain to propogate so the move won't be immediate but in the mean time it's going to point to InterspireD.net so you can start changing your bookmarks now.

eg: http://www.interspired.net/forum/ will become http://www.shoppingcartcommunity.com/forum/

A few favours to ask of you though, so we get things right.

1. If you have posted up any links to InterspireD.net then please can you update them and/or post up a notice to re-point them to the new location
2. If anyone has any graphics skills we could use a new logo so any ideas please drop them in... Full credit will be given
3. We could also use a little more work in terms of the CSS so again, anyone willing to help with a better phpBB3 theme would be great
4. Finally, when the time comes, please be ready to retweet, digg, etc... this forum...

In case you hadn't guessed, it's not the end of the forum, just a name change... and perhaps something a bit better... Cheers.

Okay... done! I just used the advanced search options on the Interspire forum to locate every post of mine that included any reference to InterspireD.net. As it turns out, I could only find ONE (sorry, Martin)... but I updated the old reference to reflect the forum's new domain name.

Took a bit longer than planned but we're now back up with the new domain name as the primary.

Interspired.net will point to this one but will probably be allowed to run out when it expires so don't continue to use it from this point on please.

I still need to change the logo and front page so if anyone can help, especially with the logo, that would be great...
