French langage

Guys,
I have done a french traduction for ISC5.0.5 but it should be the same for newer versions.
If someone needs it, ask for it.
ps: but keep in mind that ISC is really not adapted for french langage.
The translation is concerning only the messages displayed to the visitor.
The translation for the charsets (we talked about it in another post here) concern only the url.
But in the code all the characters like "é" "è" and so on are not understood and displayed wrong with all the spiders and webtools programs.
