REQ: Scrolling Produc Listing

Hi Guys,
Amyone know if this is possible or can be done. Would be really useful if you have forums, or know forums who advertise.
Basically, it pulls random products from your site and displays them in a flash embeded banner.
I've used something similar on anohter job using png images which act as php code. Think its called dynamic php images.
I guess you could add more like, prices and title to the images.

If anyone knows how to do this, or can give me a quote on how much it would cost, would be good.
