Problem with Importing Variations

I'm using version 5.5.4 and when Importing Variations, even when I UNCHECK the option for "create all possible combinations", it still creates every single possible variation, and makes the whole process useless. I only want the variations I specify to be added. Does anyone know how to fix this?

No one knows???? At least, are any of u having the same problem too, or is it just me???

I believe there is a bug in 5.5.4 which affects ALL of the variations functionality, not just the import side of things.

You may want to check the forums at Interspire.com for more information and I believe ChrisB may have posted a temporary fix until the next release comes out...

Hi,

I was directed to this form with a fix for this issue:

However, still facing a bug where I cannot uncheck a product variation type using the admin interface.

Does anyone know about that?
