This was noted months ago for the Shopping Cart product (precursor to BigCommerce) and it still hasn't been updated.
Pricing for the Royal Mail module is still using 2008 prices which changed in April 2009.. So it's not a real time quote system at all... In fact it just uses a pricing table and that's out of date so you can't even fix it or use my advanced version...

Given that you are in Sydney I doubt very much that you are actually using the Royal Mail module at all...
