One is running 5.0.6, and our main store with 3,600+ items is running 5.0.3
We need to upgrade both stores and wouldn't mind entertaining upgrading the look of both to better skins.
If you have experience upgrading from these versions, with little if any downtime. I would prefer installing the current version on our test server, doing the upgrade, then taking it live.
