Free Postage Coupon Code

Is their a 'free postage coupon code' with back-end admin interface to change the coupon code over time? I know that we are able to do free postage and have a discount, but it would be good to send customers a coupon code where they can use it for free shipping on any item in the store.

Does anyone have a module for this or help?

Maybe there is someone who made it on interspire forum (check it), but I doubt it would be free. Here you can not find something like that, but it could be done.
